What happens when circular design enters a new context?

For a month-long pop-up at Mod’arte in Antwerp, May Again brought together a small selection of circular design pieces by ROVER and doet__. Rather than presenting them as objects in a traditional design exhibition, the pieces became part of the temporary interior, allowing visitors to encounter and use them as part of the space.

Each object was accompanied by a QR code, giving visitors direct access to its story, materials, maker and background. While the pop-up itself was temporary, those digital pages remained - and the information behind each object can still be accessed today.

This first Inspiration Capsule became an early exploration of something that now sits at the heart of May Again: how we can give circular design a context without letting its story disappear when that context changes.

A temporary setting, with the potential to create a much longer life for the objects within it.
