All offers by May Again are without obligation and based on the information provided by clients. Orders are accepted only after written confirmation by May Again. The acceptance binds both parties to the agreed terms.
Article 3: Prices and Payments
Prices of our services are exclusive of VAT and any other taxes or levies applicable in Belgium or the client’s jurisdiction. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude transport, installation and other ancillary costs. Payment terms are specified in the invoice; late payments may incur interest and collection costs.
Prices of physical products displayed on this website may be provided for informational purposes only and are VAT included. We are not responsible for the accuracy of these prices. The designer of each item sets their own price, and all sales transactions must be made directly between the customer and the designer.
Article 4: Product Information and Responsibility
May Again may provide indicative prices, stock status, delivery times, and material information supplied by designers or producers but does not guarantee accuracy or completeness. The designer or supplier is solely responsible for product specifications and pricing. Sales and delivery agreements are directly between the client and the designer unless otherwise specified.
Article 5: Delivery and Risk
May Again provides services based on agreed timelines and schedules outlined in the contract or project plan. While we strive to meet these deadlines, delivery times are indicative and may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances. Risk related to the provision of services, including data, design concepts, and consultancy outcomes, transfers to the client upon delivery or completion of the agreed service. May Again is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by force majeure, client dependency, or third-party factors beyond our control.
Article 6: Sustainability and Circularity
May Again promotes circular, upcycled and sustainable design principles. Clients acknowledge the nature of the materials and products, which may have unique characteristics, finishes or provenance. May Again supports transparency but does not guarantee absolute uniformity or permanence.
Article 7: Liability and Warranty
May Again’s liability is limited to direct damages demonstrated to result from its negligence. No liability is accepted for indirect, consequential, or immaterial damages. Warranty terms are as specified by the producer or designer.
Article 8: Data Protection and Confidentiality
Client data is handled per applicable European GDPR regulations. Both parties agree to confidentiality regarding sensitive commercial information.

Article 9: Applicable Law and Disputes
All agreements between May Again and the client are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these agreements shall be exclusively submitted to the Court of First Instance of East Flanders, Dendermonde division, unless the parties explicitly agree otherwise. The parties commit to attempt to resolve any conflicts first through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
